Biography
Roger E. McLendon, M.D., is Professor of Pathology and Neurosurgery at Duke University, Chief of Neuropathology, Director of Surgical Pathology, and Director of the Brain Tumor Center Biorepository. Board-certified in anatomic pathology and neuropathology, he trained at Duke after medical study at the Medical College of Georgia. His diagnostic and research interests span glioma classification, molecular neuropathology, and translational neuro-oncology; he has co-authored successive editions of Russell and Rubinstein's Pathology of Tumors of the Nervous System and related Duke neuro-oncology publications.
