Customer services & returns

Orders, invoices, and delivery enquiries are handled by our customer services desk. Returns of damaged or incorrectly supplied books should be notified within 30 days of receipt; please include your original invoice or order number.

Rights & permissions

Requests for permission to reproduce figures, tables, or excerpts from Arnold titles — and enquiries about translation, serial, or film rights — should be sent to the rights desk. Quote the book title, author, edition, page or figure reference, and intended use.

Authors & contributors

Authors under contract and contributors to edited volumes can reach their editor via the feedback address. Please reference your book title, editor name if known, and the nature of the query (schedule, proofs, illustrations, payment, contract).
