Biography
Keith Andrews is a British rehabilitation physician long associated with the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Putney, where he directed research into prolonged disorders of consciousness and the assessment of patients in the vegetative and minimally conscious states. His 1987 Edward Arnold monograph Rehabilitation of the Older Adult set out a practical, multidisciplinary framework for rehabilitation in older people and complemented his work founding Clinical Rehabilitation for Arnold that same year; he edited the journal through its launch years before handing over to Derick Wade in 1993–94.
